LIGO-India: The Road Ahead (Second Meeting) 19-21 Dec 2016, IUCAA

This is the second LIGO-India specific meeting since it received its in-principle approval from the Government of India earlier this year. The primary purpose of this meeting is to build on the introductory talks given at the first one and discuss specific assignments that Indian experimenters will need to carry out in the process of building and commissioning LIGO-India. Research ideas on the next detectors beyond Advanced LIGO will be discussed as well.
